Central-West Orana REZ Access Scheme Declaration update

The NSW Government has published an amended Central-West Orana REZ Access Scheme Declaration on Friday 5 April 2024.

The amendments were part of the reforms to enable EnergyCo to allocate the initial tranche of access rights under the Central-West Orana REZ Access Scheme.

Updated Guidelines for Access Scheme Declarations have also been published.

The amendments to the Declaration and updated Guidelines follow a public consultation period from 22 February to 20 March 2024.
