EnergyCo joins the Energy and Water Ombudsman
Earlier this year the NSW Government announced the expansion of the Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW’s (EWON) jurisdiction to include an investigation and resolution process for landholders and community members across NSW’s renewable energy zones.
EWON was identified as the most appropriate external dispute resolution service for this work as an established, trusted and independent dispute resolution service.
We've now become a member of the Energy & Water Ombudsman , which is a government approved dispute resolution service.
This means EWON can help independently advise on and resolve complaints about EnergyCo in addition to our own complaint resolution process.
We've joined EWON as part of our commitment to transparent and fair interactions with our stakeholders and community members.
In the first instance we'll always try to resolve any concerns from stakeholders and the community through direct discussion and negotiation.
You can send us feedback and complaints via our website.
Individuals can approach EWON directly to receive independent advice about their complaint. In those rare instances where agreement can’t be reached, they may ask EWON to directly enquire about a matter and reach a resolution.
