Help us deliver a once-in-a-generation energy transition in New South Wales
EnergyCo is supporting the transformation of the State’s electricity system while generating significant economic opportunities in regional NSW to deliver more affordable, cleaner and more reliable energy to households and businesses.
Since EnergyCo’s re-establishment in 2020, the scale and urgency of implementing the NSW Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap, through the delivery of five Renewable Energy Zones (REZs) and Priority Transmission Infrastructure Projects, has been tremendous. In September 2023, the NSW Government announced that the delivery of the Roadmap is a whole-of-government strategic priority and confirmed EnergyCo’s mandate as the Infrastructure Planner for the energy transition. This requires our workforce to grow rapidly too.
