Report wrongdoing: Public Interest Disclosure (PID)
EnergyCo is committed to maintaining a high standard of ethical and accountable conduct to ensure the integrity of our organisation and the work we do for the people of NSW. We have zero tolerance towards fraud, corruption or any other type of serious wrongdoing.
This Public Interest Disclosure Policy sets out how we support and manage reports of such matters and meet the responsibilities under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2022.
If you suspect serious wrongdoing by an employee or other person working for EnergyCo, we encourage you to report the matter promptly, so that appropriate action can be taken.
